When you complete the quotation form on this website, we collect your full name, phone or WhatsApp number, land or property location, and the project details you provide. We may also receive the same information via WhatsApp, phone or email.

2. Purpose of collection

Your information is used to contact you about your enquiry or quotation request; prepare cost estimates, house plans and project proposals; manage your construction project should you appoint us; and maintain transaction records as required by law. We do not use your information for third-party marketing.

3. Disclosure to others

Your information may be shared with Juta Setiah Enterprise staff managing your project; subcontractors working on your project site; engineers and draughtsmen involved in your project design; LPPSA or financial institutions where you apply for financing, and with your consent; and authorities where required by law.

4. Retention period

For enquiries that do not proceed to a project, we retain your information for 24 months. For projects carried out, we retain records for 7 years in line with business and tax record requirements.

5. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, withdraw your consent or request deletion of your information, and limit how we process your information.
